Wake up, walk the Thames Path

The Thames Path runs right past the peninsula — head west along the river to Tower Bridge, or east around the bend towards Greenwich. Inland, Russia Dock Woodland and Stave Hill give you 30 acres of proper green quiet, and Greenland Dock is the place for a slow loop with a morning coffee.

On the doorstep

Ten minutes away
Bermondsey Street's restaurants and wine bars, the Saturday arches of the Beer Mile, and Maltby Street Market for a slow weekend brunch.
Worth the trip
Borough Market is two Jubilee stops away; Greenwich Market and its riverside pubs sit just around the bend of the Thames.
