Have a real home to come back to after a day in the city. The back garden is landscaped and entirely yours - somewhere to eat outside on a summer evening, let the children run about while you finish a coffee, or just sit with a glass of wine and hear nothing but the neighbourhood. There is a front garden too. In a city where outdoor space is the first thing to disappear, a whole garden to yourselves is a standout.

Designed for comfort
Every room has blackout blinds, professional linens, and a comfortable bed. The two full bathrooms keep the mornings civilised for a full house.
The kitchen

Peaceful, with excellent transport links wherever your trip takes you
Canada Water station is a fifteen-minute walk - London Bridge and Borough Market are twenty-five minutes door to door on the Jubilee line, with Waterloo and the West End not much further.
Greenwich - the Cutty Sark, the market, the Royal Observatory - is about twenty-five minutes, and the O2 with its outlet shopping is much the same. Or even better, take the scenic Riverside walk to London Bridge on a Sunny day.
Greenland Pier is five minutes from the front door. The Uber Boat from there reaches Canary Wharf in about five minutes and Battersea in thirty - it runs as a commuter service and takes contactless, but it is also the best sightseeing tour in London.
Free parking on site
Free gated parking on a first come, first served basis. If the spaces happen to be taken when you arrive, we have a further secure space about fifteen minutes' walk away - so bring the car, and then leave it alone for the week. You won't need it.
Local area highlights
The neighborhood is lively and full of character. Canada Water has countless everyday shops, independent cafes, and specialty restaurants all within a 15 minutes' walk. Nearby green spaces like Stave Ecological Park, and Southwark Park are perfect for walks, picnics, or morning jogs.
